COO, Van Leer Technological Incubator

Van Leer Technology Center is a privatized incubator owned by the Van Leer Foundation

I was responsible for bringing new high-tech start-up companies to the incubator and for coaching and mentoring their managers. This includes business development, operations, marketing, financing and fund raising. I was a director in some of the start-up boards of directors.

I acted as liaison between the incubator and investment funds and with the government Chief Scientist office responsible for technological incubators.

VP Information Technology – GreenMarket, an e-commerce company

I was one of the founders this e-commerce start-up, I designed and managed the full IT platform which included an e-commerce package, back-office ERP, delivery and transportation solution and full integration of these applications.

VP Implementation and Services, Intentia Israel

Intentia Israel is the Israeli representative of Intentia Inc. of Sweden, developer of an ERP software system.

I was responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of ERP projects for Intentia’s industrial and commercial customers in Israel.

The job consisted of managing people and total responsibility for projects’ budget, schedule and profitability.

I recruited and managed business partners for implementation and service.

IBM  Israel

various management positions including:

I established and managed the OEM function in IBM Israel. It was a new area for IBM worldwide, focusing on customers that integrate IBM’s hardware and software into their products. The sales of OEM grew from zero to tens of million of dollars. I established and developed marketing channels for IBM OEM products in Israel.
